Rules For The Zhe Jiang Yaxiya Racing Pigeon Center First Autumn Loft 2013

Total Minimum Prize Money: RMB10 Million

I. Participation Qualifications

1) All domestic and foreign pigeon fans recognizing the Rules can register and participate in the race.

2）All racing pigeons must be healthy ones at an age between 25 days to 45 days. Any racing pigeon must wear an official foot ring of 2013 recognized by a national or regional pigeon organization. Any pigeon from a place h!(请文明发言)ing an epidemic situation is not acceptable.

3）All racing pigeons must be vaccinated by our center and if you h!(请文明发言)e vaccinated your pigeon, please note it in delivering the pigeon.

4）The race will proceed as scheduled and the prize money(RMB10 Million) will all be granted however many pigeons are collected. The information on the total number of collected pigeons will be published on the website from the date of collecting the pigeons.                                                                

5）After any pigeon fan delivers his or her racing pigeon to our center, the Rules will be construed as a contract between both parties which takes effect instantly and both parties must abide by the terms in the contract.

II. Events, Distances, Venues and Time                         

1）This race includes the Warm-up Race, the Preliminary Race, the Final Race, Team and 3-Round Pigeon King.

2) Warm-up Race: distance: 200km(Not less than 180km); release venue: An Hui Wu Hu; time:mid-October 2013

3) Preliminary Race: distance:300km(Not less than 280km); release venue: An Hui Fei Dong; time:late-October 2013

4) Final Race: distance:500km(Not less than 480km); release venue: An Hui Su Zhou; time: early-November 2013

5）Team: any owner h!(请文明发言)ing 8 racing pigeons as a group contestant is qualified for the team event, and if beyond 8, more groups will be set in accordance with the multiples of 8, and the groups will be numbered as A, B, C,...,the rest can be done in the same manner. The team winner will go to the owner h!(请文明发言)ing the most pigeons, more than two, among the top 400 winning pigeons of the Final Race, and if any two owners winning pigeon numbers are the same, they will be ranked in accordance with the highest rank of their pigeons in the Final Race. In three day after 100km release for taming, owners should fix the foot ring numbers of the pigeons participating the Team,  If you exceed the time limit, then it will be subject to the automatic grouping of the computer. Changes are unacceptable once specified and all information will be published on the website in time.

6）3-Round Pigeon King: The results of the flight distance per minute of the same racing pigeon in the Warm-up Race, the Preliminary Race, the Final Race will be summed up, and the higher the sum is, the higher the rank will be. If any two racing pigeons h!(请文明发言)e the same sum, the higher the score in the Final Race is, the higher the rank will be.

IIV. Registration Formalities

1）Entry fee is RMB 3200 for each; feeding management fee is RMB 300 for each,

it must be paid after100km release for taming.Accept book in advance,Every owners need to pay earnest money of RMB 3,500 in booking.after100km release for taming,the earnest money converted to Entry fee and feeding management fee.

If your pigeons are lost all,we will Return earnest money.3 days after100km release for taming,We will delegate referees to check lofts and make a list. owners in the list should pay the Entry fee within five days after the loft check.if any owner fails to pay the entry fee within Specified time, he/she will be construed as waiver and our center has a right for any kinds of disposal. After remitting, any racing pigeon owner shall send the remittance receipt, the pigeon s foot ring number and the owners name and cell phone number to our center by fax for us to check. The owners did not pay will be published on the websit and earnest money will not be return.After remitting, any racing pigeon owner shall send the remittance receipt, the pigeon s foot ring number and the owner s name and cell phone number to our center by fax for us to check. 

If the pigeon not be jion Warm-up Race,we will return Entry fee with this pigeon.  

2）We will delegate referees and 4-6 representatives of fanciers to supervise the whole process of 100km release for taming. The list will be published on the websit,We will delegate referees to check lofts three days ago.

3）If any racing pigeon is lost or dead or fails to find home during the pigeon collection period, our center will inform its owner in time of delivering another again, and if the owner fails to deliver again, he/she will be construed as waiver. If any racing pigeon is lost or dead or fails to find home during the taming period, it will be construed as a natural elimination

4）Pigeon Delivery Time: from March 1, 2013 to June 30, 2013 (Every owners need to pay earnest money of RMB 3,500 ).

5）Pigeon delivery place: The pigeon fans in HangZhou and its surrounding areas can send their pigeons to our center, or book in advance to visit their homes for collecting pigeons,The racing pigeons outside the above areas can be consigned (consignment requirements shall be met) to HangZhou Airport, HangZhou Railway Station or long-distance passenger transportation center by air, railway or bus (at the owners own expenses), but the owners shall give a notice to our center by phone in time to receive them.                                                           

6）The entry fee can be remitted to the following designated accounts directly. Please note the racing pigeon owner s name, address and phone number in the remittance warrant after remitting and send it to our center by fax. 

7）The overseas racing pigeon fans shall pay equivalent foreign currencies and bear expenses for custom declaration, quarantine and transportation on their own. 

IV.Racing Methods                                                     

1）This race will strictly follow Rules and Judging Law of Pigeon Racing as well as Rules for Pigeon Loft issued by Chinese Racing Pigeon Association.

2）The judges of each event will be delegated by Zhejiang Racing Pigeon Association and also will be responsible for pigeon collecting, release command and supervision, result review and pre-race verification of lofts and pigeons of each event.

3）This race adopts the electronic pigeon clocks for timing and the ranks will be subject to the flight distance per minute. If the flight distance per minute is the same, the ranks will be subject to the automatic ranks of the computer. If the race can t go on normally due to failure of the electronic system or other force majeure events, the race s organization committee and judge panel will make a final decision to distribute the prize money, hold an auction or reorganize the race after being announced or shown in public. 

4）The registration period of the Final is from the homing of the first racing pigeon to 18:00 of the next day: if no pigeon flies home on the day of Final, the event will be cancelled and the prize money will be shared by pigeons entering the cage; if the quantity of pigeons returning home is not enough for the admission ranks during the effective check-in period, the prize money will be shared by winning pigeons. 

5）If the race is cancelled due to any force majeure events or any conflicts with relevant regulations of China during the period from pigeon collecting to the commencement of the race, our center will return Entry fee to racing pigeon owners in time but must deduct feeding management fee.   . 

6）The final race use one-time Seal ring,Seal ring of Back pigeons must be undamaged,His achievements will be accepted.If seal ring of Back pigeons has been missed or damaged or opened by human factors,His achievements will becanceled.

V.Prize Money Distribution and Admission Ranks

 1)The top 100 will be selected in the Warm-up and each of the top 3 will be granted a trophy

2)The top 100 will be selected in the Preliminary and each of the top 3 will be granted a trophy

3)The top 400 will be selected in the final and each of the top 10 will be granted a trophy

4）The top 20will be selected in the team and each of the top10 will be granted a trophy

5）The top 10 will be selected in the 3-Round Pigeon King and each of them will be granted a trophy

Note: In getting the prize money, the owners must provide effective registration cards signed by Ya Xi Ya Racing Pigeon Center plus their ID cards. 

VI.Methods for Deciding the Ownership of Winning Pigeons and Homing Pigeons

1）After the final, Yaxiya Racing Pigeon Center will auction the top 400 winning pigeons and 60% of the income from the auction will go to the pigeon owners, 40% to the Yaxiya Racing Pigeon Center. The owners of winning pigeons participating in the auction shall prepare the certificate of origin in advance.

2）Other pigeons not participating in the auction will be taken back by their owners free with registration cards provided. If any owner fails to get back his/her pigeon(s) within 20 days after the race, he/she will be construed as automatic waiver and the pigeon(s) will be disposed by Yaxiya Racing Pigeon Center.

3）The owners of winning pigeons shall be responsible for going through any formalities for taxes incurred by the prize money and the income from the auction of winning pigeons. 

VII.Miscellaneous

 1）All pigeon fans are welcome for supervision of pigeon collecting, check before entering, entering the cage and release in the release for taming, Warm-up, Preliminary and Final. 

2）Before the preliminary, the times of release for taming with a distance between 5km and 200km shall not be less than 10-15; and the details on the release for taming will be published in time on the official website of the Yaxiya Racing Pigeon Center.
