Regulation of the First Autumn Race of Shenmu Guangyu One Loft Race in Shaanxi Province in 2012 Total prize money: RMB 4.468 millions Limited number of pigeons: 6,000p. If the pigeons are lost before the 200KMs race, the entry fee RMB1,300 will be refunded. Whatever the number of pigeons we will gather, the prize money will remain the same 4,468 millions. And the later return pigeons are free to take back. The final race will be lived on the website. Ⅰ. Principle: We will respect the principle of OPENNES, HONEST, FAIR and try to organize a very good race for all our pigeon friends. We will organize the race according the related racing pigeon laws. We will do what we promised! Ⅱ.Regulations: First race: 200kms Second race:300kms Third race: 500kms( final race) Ⅲ.Organizer: Sehnmu Guangyu Special Cultivation Company Limited in Shaanxi Province. Ⅳ.Supervisor: Shaanxi Province Pigeon Association. Ⅴ. supervised by Shaanxi Province pigeon association, representatives of pigeon fanciers and Shenmu pigeon association. Ⅵ. Related race pigeons laws: we will organize the race according the laws of “Pigeon racing rules and judging method”,” Chinese carrier pigeon loft race management Interim Provisions” and “Pigeon association in Shaanxi province one loft race management Interim Measures”. We will respect the principle of OPENNES, HONEST, FAIR and try to organize a very good race for all our pigeon friends. Ⅶ. Race rules: The race uses electronic scanning system by the Chinese pigeon association recognized. If the scanning system has any problem during the race, then the race will be cancelled, and the prize money should be distributed according to the number of the basketed pigeons. If the scanning system has any problem when the few pigeons came back, these few pigeons will take the prize money as the regulation says, and the rest prize money will be distributed according to the number of the basketed pigeons. Period validity of the first race and second race is on the same day of the races. If there is no pigeon comes back from the race, the race will be cancelled, the prize money will be distribute to the basketed pigeons. If there is not enough pigeons arrived on the same day, the rest prize money will be distributed to the basked pigeons, not including the arrived pigeons. Period of validity of the final race is 2 days, from the first day until 6pm of the second day. The first 10 arrivals should be checked by the judges and give the real result. If on the same day, there is no pigeon arrives, the final race will be cancelled. And the prize money will be distributed to the all basket pigeons. All the special rings will be sticked on the pigeon rings, if the special rings have been opened, then the results will be cancelled. Ⅷ.Entry Requirements: Anyone who agrees with this regulation who can apply to participate the race. Once the pigeons are sent to the loft , the contract between the fancier and the loft would become effective automatically and both should respect it seriously. Please also clearly contacts with us. All pigeons must be very healthy, with the age of about 35-45 days. All pigeons should have the correct and official rings of 2012. Whatever happens, all the prize money will be given out to all pigeon fanciers who participate the race. When the pigeons arrive in loft, if you already vaccinated your pigeons, please let us know. the contract between the fancier and the loft would become effective automatically and both should respect it seriously. Ⅸ.Various: a. Entry fee is RMB1100, and food fee is RMB 200, total is RMB1300. After the checking of the pigeons, every pigeon must be paid, otherwise we will cancel the pigeon. If the pigeon is lost before 200kms race, the food fee and entry fee will be refunded. b. Time of gathering pigeons:1st march to 30th of June. c. Team Champion, every 8 pigeons as a team, if you have 8 pigeons, you can play team race, you also can send 2 pigeons as reserved pigeons. c. Auction sale: First 400 pigeons and the first 3 ACE pigeons will be auctioned after race.60% belong to the owner, 30% belong to the one-loft-race loft,10% for the expenses of the auction sale. the owner must pay the tax himself. the prized pigeons of the 3rd race, the one-loft-race loft will buy them as certain price, later return pigeons are free to take back in 5-10 day, otherwise we will have the right to handle them. Ⅻ.Others: We will announce the news on the website of www.chinaxinge.com.cn. At the last part of Aug. we will start to train the pigeon, it will be more than 10 times. every train will be supervised by the fancier and pigeon association. if the pigeons die or lost, it is normal thing, we will not take the responsibility . Every owner should prepared the pedigrees before the auction sale If any specially bad weather, the race can’t be organized, we will return the entry fee, and the lost pigeons we will not take the responsibilities. Pigeon food offered by Xi’an Jialong Feed Company. Medical care is offered pigeon doctor Mr. CHEN YOU SHI, all the electronic systems is offered by Xi’an Technology Co., Ltd.. All the staff of our loft who can’t send the pigeons for the race. Whatever the number of pigeons, the prize money will remain the same, If after 200 kms, if you have more than 5 pigeons, you will have the prize money RMB4,000.
